Dr. Zixiao Ye is a highly accomplished pianist, composer, and educator, currently based in Memphis, TN. As an internationally recognized musician, Zixiao has graced prestigious performance venues across the globe. His collaborations with a diverse range of artists demonstrate his versatility and willingness to explore musical fusion, Collaborating with renowned artists such as cellist Liu Weipeng, soprano Sabrina Warren, pianist Betty Lin, and bass-baritone Paul Murray. 

 

Zixiao has had the privilege of working with many outstanding teachers and coaches, including faculty members from the University of Memphis, where he received his doctoral degree under the tutelage of Cathal Breslin. He is also an alumnus of the Brevard Music Institution and Festival where he was part of the prestigious Collaborative Artist Program as a teaching assistant. His musical mentors include Victor Asuncion, Lauren Clark, Yizhe Hong, and Bin Li.
